To ensure a smooth and timely start to your mobile home project, please make sure the following basics are available or planned for before our crew arrives

✅ Accessible Site

  • The property should be accessible by truck and trailer

  • No low-hanging branches, soft ground, or obstructions blocking access

✅ Electricity on Site (Temporary or Permanent)

  • Needed to operate equipment like jacks, leveling tools, or power tools

  • A generator can be used if permanent supply is not ready

✅ Water Access (if applicable)

  • For foundation curing, dust control, or utility prep

✅ Permits & Ownership Documents

  • Property deed or land access agreement (if not owned by you)

  • Mobile home title or bill of sale if we’re handling a move

✅ Septic or Sewer Plan

  • If you plan to connect utilities, it’s helpful to know where lines are or will be

  • We’ll coordinate with your plumber or utility provider if needed

✅ Contact Availability

  • One point of contact during the project (even if remote)

  • Quick approval helps avoid delays
